Survey:
Construction exec confidence levels highest since 1995
A survey of more than 900 presidents
and chief financial officers in construction shows strong
confidence in the economy to be at its highest level
since 1995. The CIT Construction Industry Forecast showed
both equipment distributors and contractors overwhelmingly
see 2005 as improving over 2004, and executives predict
a slowing of new home sales while the office market heats

Residential and commercial development
